Brushes

Brewers stock an extensive range of brushes for normal use from various manufacturers such as Acorn, Albany, Anza, Hamilton, Purdy, Theard and others. Brushes of all types for special effects can also be supplied to special order. Boxed sets with attractive discounts are frequently on offer throughout the year.

In addition to bristle and synthetic brushes for use with solvent based and water based paints, other brushes for special coatings and purposes are listed below:

Rollers

Rollers, or sleeves as they are sometimes called, are designed for most types of water based and solvent based coatings.  They are used with frames of sizes 4”, 7”, 9”, 12” and 15” with core sizes of 1.75” in the trade range as opposed to 1.5” in a retail/DIY range.  Most frames are designed for use with extension poles to ease the coating of floors, walls and ceilings. Manufacturers include Albany, Acorn, Hamilton, Lightning and Purdy.
