What to expect when you place your order
When your order is confirmed, you will be given a time slot and a collection point. We may ask for your vehicle registration number to ensure there is no over crowding in our car parks and be confident that only customers collecting orders are present.
We can accept payment by Brewers Credit Account or credit/debit card which will be taken at the point of ordering. Sorry we currently cannot accept cash.
Limiting contact is essential and for this reason we ask that you do not enter the store, please collect only from the collection point you have been allocated which will be clearly marked on your arrival.
Observe social distancing by keeping at least 2 metres from any person as you approach the collection point, floor markers are there to guide you.
Please note: staff are not able to help you in lifting heavy items.
CONTROLLED ENTRY STORES
Selected stores are open for you to come in and place and collect your orders. Please check the status of your local store using our store locator.
To ensure we can practice social distancing between our customers and colleagues, we are limiting the number of customers allowed in store at any one time. Please be patient as you may have to queue outside during our busier times.
Once inside, please observe social distancing by keeping at least 2 metres from other customers and colleagues. Signs and floor markers are there to guide you plus store counters are fitted with screens.
