We are offering a Call & Collect service for selected Brewers trade account customers and those working on Essential Service contracts from a number of our stores across the country.
Stores will be open from 7:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday (some stores will operate different hours). Please see full list of stores by clicking here.
Contact the local team by phone or email to place your order. Alternatively, if you have been notified by email, you will be able to place click and collect orders online. Click here to request online access for your Brewers account
Please note: you will not be able to enter the store to place your order and when collecting your order staff are not able to assist you in lifting heavy items.
What to expect when you place your order
When your order is confirmed, you will be given a time slot and a collection point. We may ask for your vehicle registration number to ensure there is no over crowding in our car parks and be confident that only customers collecting orders are present.
We can accept payment by Brewers Credit Account or credit/debit card which will be taken at the point of ordering.
Limiting contact is essential and for this reason we ask that you do not enter the store, please collect only from the collection point you have been allocated which will be clearly marked on your arrival.
Observe social distancing by keeping at least 2 metres from any person as you approach the collection point, floor markers are there to guide you.
Please note staff are not able to help you in lifting heavy items.
Over 170 stores are now available to take your Call & Collect orders, please be patient when placing your Call & Collect order by phone, stores are likely to be extremely busy but will respond to your request as quickly as they can.
Alternatively, you can place your order directly with the store by email, the store will contact you to confirm your collection slot. Only customers who have an allocated collection slot will be served, please do not travel to the store if you do not have an allocated collection slot.
