Crown Trade Eggshell is a high VOC content eggshell finish. A Washable oil based product that is applied by brush or roller and is suitable for interior use.
Touch dry in 4-6 hours and recoatable after 16-24 hours. Eggshell is a tough, durable mid sheen finish for wood and metal.
Can be applied over most previously painted surfaces without an undercoat. On new surfaces apply over the top of a suitable primer.

For Interior use. Crown Trade Eggshell is a solvent-borne highly durable, washable eggshell finish for interior use. It offers outstanding resistance to steam and condensation.
Preparation
Ensure all surfaces are sound, dry, clean and free from dirt, oil, grease or other contamination. Bare surfaces should be primed with the appropriate Crown Trade Primer. Existing paintwork in sound condition should be washed down with a warm water detergent solution and thoroughly abraded, rinse with clean water. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
Application
Stir thoroughly. Always intermix packs for colour consistency. Please check for colour accuracy prior to application. Crown Paints is not liable for decorating costs caused as a result of an incorrect colour being applied. Crown Trade Eggshell may be applied by brush or roller.
For best results, 2 coats are recommended. A characteristic of the new technology used in this product is that whiteness intensifies as the paint dries. Do not apply in temperatures below 8°C or in high humidity.
Spreading Capacity
Approximately 16m² per litre on a smooth non-porous surface.
Drying
Touch dry in 4-6 hours in good drying conditions.
Recoatable after 16 hours if required.
