Johnstone's Kitchen and Bathroom emulsion has been specially formulated to provide durable protection in areas of high condensation. It dries to a subtle mid sheen finish that resists moisture, stains and grease. The tough low odor emulsion is 10 times more washable than conventional emulsions and is also suitable for halls, stairways and playrooms.
All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from grease. Remove any loose or flaking paint. Rub down sound glossy surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly to provide a key. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding. Absorbent surfaces should be sealed with a solution of up to 1 part water to 4 parts Johnstone's Kitchen & Bathroom.
Stir well before use and apply by brush, roller or paint pad. Ensure roller is loaded evenly. If using a brush or paint pad, load generously. Apply liberally and evenly and avoid overspreading. Under normal conditions the paint is touch dry in 1-2 hours. Allow 4 hours before applying a second coat if required. Do not apply when air or surface temperature is below 10°C, or in damp conditions.
2.5 litres of Johnstone's Kitchen and Bathroom emulsion will cover approximately 30 square metres depending on the nature and porosity of the surface. When using more than one tin of a colour in the same room, it is advisable to mix them together before painting.

Storage and Disposal Instructions
Replace lid firmly after use. Some local authorities have special facilities for the disposal of waste coatings. Do not empty waste paint into drains or watercourses. To avoid the risk of spillage, always store and transport in a secure upright position. Lift with care - gross weight does not exceed 4 kilograms. Do not use empty container for storing food.
