Leyland Trade Vinyl Matt is a minimal VOC content matt finish. A wipeable product which is thinned with water and is applied by brush, roller, airless spray or HVLP spray. Matt emulsion is a decorative coating providing a flat finish for use on walls and ceilings.
Suitable for interior use.
Touch dry in 1-2 hours and recoatable after 2-4 hours.
Wipeable products are suitable for light traffic areas where occasional cleaning is required. Can be applied to coated plaster surfaces without thinning. On new plaster, thin the first coat with water to manufacturers recommendations.

Always ask your client to try their colour choice on the wall first. Colour cards and emulsion sample pots are available at your local Brewers or at designerpaint.com
Ensure surface to be painted Is sound, clean, dry and free from grease. Remove all loose and defective paint. Prime where required with the appropriate Leyland Primer. Rub down glossy surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding. Seal absorbent surfaces with a solution of up to 1 part water to 9 parts Vinyl Matt.
Application
Stir well before use. Do not thin, except for absorbent surfaces, or when applying by roller or spray when a small quantity of clean water may be added. Suitable for application by brush, roller or spray. Apply paint evenly by brush or roller and avoid overspreading. If required, apply a second coat after 2 to 4 hours. Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C.
Coverage
1 litre will cover approximately 14 sq. metres depending on the nature and porosity of the surface. Strong or contrasting colours may require additional coats. When using more than one tin of a colour in the some room, Intermix before use.
