    Additional information

    Low Odour Line Marking Paint
Coo-Var Low Odour Line Marking Paint is a quick drying paint formulated for line marking on all bituminous and many other surfaces (i.e. tarmac, bituminous & concrete areas, car parks, hard tennis courts, warehouses, showrooms, roadways, forecourts etc)
It is ideal for general and sport line marking.

    Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from oil and dirt. New concrete should be left for about 2-3 months to cure fully. Porous surfaces may need sealing with an extra coat. Special care should be taken on new tarmac and concrete. Tarmac 'blends' which include granolithic or marble chippings should be tested first for adhesion.
Not suitable for use over lino, PVC, ceramic tiles or specialist surfaces.

    Application
By brush, roller or suitable specialist marking equipment. Avoid applying in hot conditions.

    Drying Time
Caution: Stir well before use to ensure full opacity is achieved. If this is not done, over application to achieve opacity will hinder drying times and performance.
    Touch Dry: 1 hour.
Hard Dry: 4 hours. Suitable for foot & light truck traffic after 12 hours.
    Overcoat Time: 4-6 hours.
Coverage Guide: 10 square metres per litre. Product designed for lines, not large areas. This gives a dry film thickness of 35-40 microns.
Brushwash/Thinners: Thinners 18 or Low Odour White Spirit Coo-Var Low Odour Line Marking Paint is not designed to be as durable as Thermoplastic type markings.
