Additional information
Surface Preparation
Ensure the surfaces to be painted are clean dry and free from dust, dirt, grease and wax. Remove all loose and defective paint. Algal and fungal growths should be removed and treated with a fungicidal wash.
Smooth glossy surfaces should be lightly abraded to provide a key.
On new wood, new wood, cement, render or any porous substrate the first coat should be thinned with 30-40% clean water.
Application
After the surface has been suitably prepared and primed accordingly then two full coats should be applied. For areas of high traffic a third full coat maybe required. Do not over spread.
New concrete should be allowed to thoroughly dry and cure before applying the floor paint.
Apply by brush or roller. Stir well and check colour before use. Do not apply at air or surface temperatures below 8°C.
Clearing Up
Clean up immediately after use with warm soapy water. Remove as much product as possible prior to cleaning.
