Surface Preparation
Remove grease, oil and all other surface contaminants by alkaline or high pressure cleaning in combination with appropriate detergents. The substrate has to be dust free and made rust free by means of sandblasting or high pressure water jetting. After jetting, the substrate has to be dust free. On new galvanised surfaces, new zinc, aluminium, stainless steel, appl first a coat of Pegalink. On ferrous substrates, apply Noxyde in red or grey as the first coat. In all instances apply contrasting Noxyde colours for subsequent layers.
Application
- To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use.
- Apply by brush, roller or airless spray.
Clean Up
Clean with water.
