Football Legend Opens New Brewers Store in Hedge End

Brewers were delighted to welcome TV football presenter Matt Le Tissier to the opening of their brand new branch in Hedge End on Monday 2 July.

Ex-England and Southampton player, Matt signed autographs and took part in a stimulating Q&A session with some lucky customers.

The branch, which is located on the Solent Industrial Estate just off the M27, adds another convenient location to the network of branches already in the Southampton area.

A wide range of paint brands will be available including Albany, Bradite, Crown Trade, Dulux Trade and Johnstone's Trade. In addition, customers will be able to source a selection of designer brands such as Farrow& Ball and Little Greene as well as products from Mirka and Zinsser.

The showroom is also fitted out with a touch screen terminal, giving access to thousands of wallpaper designs and there will be a brand new Little Greene display featuring all their colours and books.

Heading up the new team is store manager, Ian Thacker, who has worked at Chichester and Worthing branches for several years so brings a wealth of experience to the branch. The team have a breadth of knowledge and are ready to assist with any decorating queries you may have.

Ian said: “We are really looking forward to bringing an added dimension to the area with our fantastic range of designer paints. There is quite a big mix of new build and older style housing so we are offering as much choice as possible for our customers.”
