Albany Rhino Chocolate Bar - Safari Competition

The competition will be running from 1st September to 31st October 2023.

2 

There is 1 prize for 2 people (aka “your trip”) consisting of:

• Return flights in Economy for 2 people from London
• Domestic Flight into the Kruger National Park
• 3 Nights in a 5 Star Hotel (1 double occupancy room based on 2 people sharing) including the below:

1. Breakfast / Lunch and Dinner Each Day
2. Local Drinks Package
3. 2 x Safari’s / Game Drives per day

UK departure taxes and travel insurance (aka “the insurance”) are included – please see points 4-5 for more information. Winner to receive full insurance policy document once they are contacted by the competition organisers.

If the Foreign Office advises against travel to your destination, “your trip” will be cancelled and rebooked for a later date, or to an alternative destination subject to the agreement of the competition organisers.

If you wish to cancel/re-book “your trip” due to disinclination to travel to a destination which is not on the list of places the Foreign Office advises against travelling to, then this would not be covered by “the insurance” and therefore “your trip” would be forfeited.

“The insurance” will not cover you if quarantining is required whilst on “your trip”. This would need to be covered by your personal travel insurance along with any emergency medical expenses incurred due to Coronavirus.

Dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

The winner should have 2 or 3 available dates of travel upon booking due to limited availability.

9 

Once booked, the trip is non-changeable and non-refundable.

The trip must have taken place by 31st December 2024. 

11 

Enter by buying 5L or more of Albany paint, in order to receive an Albany Chocolate Bar. 1 Golden Rhino ticket has been placed in a chocolate bar at random.

The winner will be notified by finding the golden Rhino wafer paper ticket within the foil wrapper of an Albany Chocolate Bar.

The winner must submit notification of the win to competitions@brewers.co.uk, by 30th November 2023 quoting the verification code found on the golden ticket.

Following notification, Brewers will respond by email with further information of how to claim the Prize. Check your spam folder to ensure that the email hasn’t got stuck.

All Prizes subject to availability.

There are no cash or other Prize alternatives available in whole or in part and Brewers reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.

17 

Expenses incurred during or as a result of participation in the prize are not included in the prize and shall be paid for by the participant/winner.

The prize cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded.

19 

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address held by Brewers are valid and correct.

20 

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid Passport with no restrictions for international travel.

By entering the competition, the prize winner gives their consent to appear in publicity material or other events relating to the prize. The Prize winner may be asked to participate in future publicity or PR activities, which may involve taking photographs.

All decisions by Brewers are final in relation to any result, dispute, Prize or competition.

The promotion is open to all residents aged 18 or over in England, Wales, Scotland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man (excluding Northern Ireland and employees of C. Brewer & Sons, their immediate families and suppliers). Winners must provide a valid UK address.

Brewers reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or suspend this promotion or any entry at any time with no liability to any participant or third party.

Brewers reserves the right (at their sole discretion) to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by Brewers to be disruptive or in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

To the full extent permissible by law, Brewers shall not be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, (including without limitation special, indirect or consequential losses), or injuries of any kind whatsoever including personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up their Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Brewers, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
