Dulux Heritage Competition Win £1000 Voucher

The Dulux Heritage competition April and May 2026 prize draw will be hosted by Brewers and runs from 1st April to 31st May 2026.

The closing date for entries is 23:59pm on 31st May 2026.

To be entered you must purchase at least 2.5L of Dulux Heritage from Brewers or PaintWell on a Brewers or PaintWell account throughout April and May 2026.

4 

The Prize (“Prize”): there will be 1 Winner (“Winner”). The winner will receive £1000 in vouchers to spend on dressing their recently decorated room at a retailer of their choice, subject to them offering gift cards.

Each qualifying transaction counts as one entry.

6 

The competition is open to UK residents, excluding employees of the promoter or any of its group companies, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this activity.

7 

The prize draw will take place within seven days following the end of the competition entry period. The winning entrant will be notified within 1 week of the prize draw via their account email address or telephone number. The prize must be claimed within 8 weeks of being notified.

In the event that the promoter cannot contact a winner after taking all the reasonable steps to do so, it reserves the right as at its absolute discretion, to award the prize to a substitute winner. The promoter will not be responsible for any inability of any winners to take up their specified prize.

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details, phone number and email address held by Brewers or PaintWell are valid and correct.

The prize will be sent to the address specified on entry by the winner.

11 

The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.

12 

Right to vary prizes – The Promoter reserves the right to offer a reasonable equivalent of any prize of the same or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. No cash alternative is available, and the prizes are non-transferable and not for resale. The images of the prizes used are for representational purposes only and may differ from those shown.

Liability limitations and exclusions: Vetting of entrants – The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants in relation to the terms and conditions and entry restrictions. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. The Promoter’s decision shall be final.

In the event that a winner has failed to pay any sums owed to the promoter within the promoter’s contractually agreed payment terms, the promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify or withdraw the prize.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The winner may be asked to take part in publicity and by claiming the prize, the winner is accepting to take part in any publicity requested by the promoter.

17 

Basic winner details may be shared if Brewers are asked to supply them as per ASA guidelines. Additionally, the winner's name may be included in publicity material and by entering the competition you agree to both of these cases.

The promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude anyone from participating in the promotion.

The promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in any manner deemed to be disruptive to the competition.

If any wording in any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court, tribunal or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall, to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness, voidability, unenforceability or unreasonableness, be deemed severable and the remaining provisions of the terms and/or the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
