The Moretti Polegato family have been making wine for 3 generations and chose the name Gioiosa meaning joyous - a reflection of the fresh and fruity character of their sparkling wines. 

This is a delicate wine with fresh apple and floral flavours is well balanced with fine bubbles and a pleasingly dry finish.
