Little Greene Colours of England – a revival

June 15th, 2017

The unveiling of Little Greene’s relaunched Colours of England collection has created quite a stir!

‘Confident colour is absolutely central to Little Greene, and the updated paint chart reinforces this’

Ruth Mottershead
Marketing Director, LG

The updated palette comprises 184 shades: 170 individual colours, 14 of which are repeated in varying strengths as ‘Colour Scales’.

This beautiful palette inspired by the interiors of historic England incorporates authentic shades from the 18th, 19th and 20th century as well as contemporary shades for 21st century living.

The 2017 colour card contains seven new colours, some from the Little Greene archive (Mid Azure Green, Grey Stone, Pale Lupin, Middle Buff, Light Gold and Pleat) and a new stand-alone shade Mortlake Yellow.

Using the unique ‘flying chips’ on the colour card, you can easily test the colours against other paints, wallpapers, fabrics, wood, tile, stone and more by simply folding the card away from the chip.

Plus because the chips are made from Little Greene’s Absolute Matt Emulsion, the card gives an accurate representation of both the colour and the superior chalky matt finish.
