Supporting The Creation Of Community Café In Eastbourne

The Old Town Hub has successfully grown the availability of tennis over the past four years, creating a sustainable programme that is greatly valued by the local community. 

Taking this one step further, the organisation wanted to create a community café at the Old Town Recreation Ground to be able to invest more into the park.

The organisation managed to secure the lease to an unloved building within the grounds and have worked incredibly hard to raise funds for the café transformation. 

Local area development manager, Tony Guarino was able to help with his expertise, specifying the best paints to use for the exterior and interior of the building.

Brewers were able to donate Albany Masonry Paint for the exterior of the building whilst members of the community came together to donate the interior paint needed.

The redecoration of the building and the electrics are now complete and we cannot wait to see the café welcome their first customers!
