Brewers shortlisted for Employee Benefits Awards 2026

We’ve been shortlisted for the 2026 Employee Benefits Awards for Best Financial Wellbeing Strategy.
The awards showcase the incredible innovation and dedication of HR, reward, and benefits professionals across the industry. From fostering exceptional work-life balance to championing benefits for families and wellbeing, the finalists represent the gold standard in employee benefits.
Being named a finalist reflects Brewers' ongoing commitment to supporting colleagues both in and outside of work. Through a range of initiatives designed to help employees improve their financial wellbeing, we aim to provide practical support that helps our people feel more secure, informed and empowered.
The award nomination particularly focused on Brewer’s ongoing partnership with Stream, an innovative employee financial wellbeing service, though which colleagues can directly save from their salaries, advance their pay, apply for competitive loans and received targeted financial advice and education.
Jane Clifford, People Director at Brewers said: ‘In partnership with Stream we have been able to offer colleagues a range of financial wellbeing benefits, and in 2025 we offered an enhanced range of options in relation to savings and loans. As a result in 2025, Brewers colleagues saved £631,998.73. Average end-of-month savings balances rose from £183 in January 2025 to £608 by November 2025 - a 232% increase. In addition, 79 colleagues were able to access a safe and competitive loan. We are proud of our award nomination as it reflects the help and support we offer our colleagues.”
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony held at the Honourable Artillery Company in London on Friday 26th June. Good luck to all those shortlisted!
