By recycling some unsellable paint, Brewers Louth have been able to help an incredible community project set up to provide safe sensory spaces for neurodivergent children.

The newly formed, non-profit organisation is run by a husband and wife who have a neurodivergent child. They noticed a lack of support and safe spaces for these children in Louth and further afield, and also a lack of breakaway time for the parents.

The couple have been hard at work setting up sensory rooms with various interactive items for children with sensory issues, as well as safe relaxing spaces for both the children and the parents.

Branch Manager, Alex Furnish said: ‘We had some paint that we didn’t want to go to waste. I offered them to the couple and they very gratefully accepted.’
