Supporting Hastings' Market At The Museum With Paint Donation

Brewers were delighted to
get involved with the Hastings Museum & Art Gallery event ‘Market at the
Museum’ with the donation of 15L of Albany Vinyl Matt and Albany Pro Brushes to
create signposts for the event.
Hastings Museum & Art Gallery is a family-friendly museum
with amazingly diverse collections.
Established over 125 years ago, the museum offers local people
and visitors the opportunity to explore art, culture and history from around
the world.
The museum has a rich and ever-changing programme of temporary
exhibitions and events and is always accessible to all, but this event opened
the door to those who have not yet experienced what it has to offer.
Market at the Museum took place throughout the museum and its
grounds, bringing together local makers and designers, businesses, voluntary
organisations and CICs for workshops, talks, and activities alongside a makers’
fair.
The event featured ten spaces, each hosting different activities
including craft makers’ workshops, international food cooking demos, fashion
workshops and much more.
Project Manager and Hastings resident, James Thomas said:
“I was so pleased that many businesses supported in making the
'Market at the Museum' event happen for local families in Hastings.
This included Brewers, who provided Albany paint that was matched to the branding colours at our local Brewers in Hastings.
We were able to paint wooden pallets in bright green, orange and blue and use this as signposts for the branding.
