1. Albany Brushes

The Albany brush ranges have been meticulously designed to produce the best possible finish, whilst all brushes incorporate FSC wooden handles and are presented in responsibly sourced card, which is also fully recyclable. Trade staples including Masonry, Block Brushes, Dusting and Paperhanging brushes continue in the range, as well as two brush collections designed for all decorating needs:

Albany Pro:

The more affordable brush range, Albany Pro has been designed for serious DIYers, general trade and decorators who want a great value brush, whilst still achieving a professional finish.

Albany Pro consists of straight and angled brushes with each brush featuring a traditional ferrule and FSC birch wooden beavertail handle. They feature solid round filaments, steamed to maintain shape and are chemically tapered. The Albany Pro brushes have been designed to provide great paint pick-up and a steady release for a professional finish.

Albany Pro Expert:

This is the premium brush range that offers ultimate performance, giving you the ability to produce an exceptional finish. Every Albany Pro Expert brush is presented with a seamless ferrule and comes laser etched with the Albany brand. They also feature a beavertail handle made from premium FSC Beech, for optimum comfort and durability.

Solid round filaments are a superior blend of PET and PBT, providing a medium/firm feel. They are steamed to maintain shape and are also chemically tipped to stand the test of time. Albany Pro Expert straight and angled brushes deliver superior brush loading, a controlled release and an exceptional finish that is suitable for all paints and stains. 

2. Albany Rollers

Albany Roller Sleeves:

The Albany Roller Sleeves include improved fabrics and new products as a part of the Albany Pro Expert collection. All Albany Roller Sleeves are made from premium woven fabrics and thermofused to the core to prevent unwinding, even when soaked in water or solvent. Every roller sleeve is presented in responsibly sourced and fully recyclable card and benefits from a much smaller environmental footprint.

The premium microfibre fabric roller sleeves provide an exceptional finish with minimal splatter. The short pile sleeves provide a fine, flat finish for smooth surfaces, whilst medium pile sleeves have great absorbency, providing both a fine finish with superb coverage for smooth to semi-smooth surfaces. The long and extra-long pile sleeves feature a new improved fabric that are still made with durable polyamide, but now with additional shed-resistance, offering superb-pick up and coverage.

Brand new to Albany is the Padded Masonry Roller. This long pile sleeve features durable polyamide woven fabric, designed to excel where resistance to wear and tear is key. The new padded element offers superb pick up and coverage, absorbing dips and bumps and fits on a standard cage frame.

The collection also features high-density foam rollers, designed for use with gloss, satin and eggshell finishes, delivering an ultra-fine finish but incorporating higher absorbency. The concave mini roller provides a ‘sharper’ edge, allowing you to achieve a closer finish as the concave design naturally applies less pressure to the edge of the sleeve that reduces tramlines. Finally, the simulated mohair sleeves are highly absorbent, offering minimal spatter and provides a fine flat finish for gloss, satin and eggshell paints.

Albany Roller Frames:

Albany Roller Frames have a new and improved design with the 7” and 9” cage frames now incorporating low friction ball bearings for a smoother operation. There is also a brand- new set of double arm frames in 12”, 15” and 18”. These frames are an improvement on extendable frames as they are lightweight and strong, with even pressure and distribution guaranteed.
