Super Sweet Treats with Albany!

With every purchase of 5L or more of Albany paint*, Brewers is giving away a tantalising tube of chocolate coated colour chips! Whether you want to bake them into cookies, re-use the tube for supplies, or simply scoff them in-between jobs, enjoy them on us!

Since it is the official day to eat pancakes, we thought why not add the chocolate coated colour chips as a bright and tasty addition to our flipping great pancakes!

How to make fabulously fluffy pancakes:

Ingredients:

- 200g of self-raising flour

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 1 tablespoon of golden caster sugar if you want your pancakes sweetened

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 3 large eggs

- 200ml milk

- Butter to cook the pancakes in

Method:

1. Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl.

2. Add your eggs and milk.

3. Whisk together until smooth and pour into a jug.

4. Heat a knob of butter over medium heat until melted.

5. Pour rounds of batter into the pan and cook on one side between 1-2 minutes until bubbles start to appear and pop on the surface.

6. Flip the pancake and cook for 1 minute.

7. Repeat the process until all the batter is used and serve with a topping of your choice!
