Celebrating A Centenary Of Service With Community BBQ

Earlier this year, we celebrated 100 years of Brewers Thornton Heath and what better way to continue the celebrations by supporting the local community! We were thrilled to be able to donate £1,800 to the Croydon Community Church CAMEO Outreach event where the community could come together over great food and fantastic music.

The Croydon Community Church is a multicultural, intimate fellowship where people can find a warm welcome and a space to feel at ease and accepted. Reverend Filden Adjei hosted and organised the event with the donation able to fully fund the BBQ.

The food, music technician, steel pan band, banners, t-shirts and face painting made for a real success! Everybody who attended had a fantastic time, including Brewers Thornton Heath Senior Sales Advisor, Mark Hardie:

We were thrilled to see how many people were able to enjoy the event and we can’t wait to serve the community of Thornton Heath for another century!
