Albany Water-Based Floor Paint is an acrylic floor paint offering a professional-grade and durable coating, designed for superior performance. It is ideal for applications requiring quick drying with minimal odour. For foot and light truck traffic applications the versatile finish of this floor paint can be applied to interior and exterior surfaces including concrete, tarmac, asphalt and wood.

For the best results, apply 2-3 coats of this floor paint with a brush or short pile roller allowing adequate drying time between coats. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dust, loosely adhering paint and other surface contaminants. To porous bare substrate surfaces including new cured concrete, thin the first coat 5% with clean water and apply as the priming coat.
