Albany Solvent-Based Floor Paint is a single pack, easy use floor paint. The solvent-based floor paint dries to a durable, semi-gloss finish and is perfect for use on concrete, cement masonry and wood. For foot and light truck traffic applications, the floor paint can be used on both interior and exterior surfaces. 

For the best results, apply 2-3 coats of this floor paint with a brush or short pile roller allowing adequate drying time between coats. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dust, loosely adhering paint and other surface contaminants. To porous bare substrate surfaces including new cured concrete, thin the first coat 10% with white spirit and apply as the priming coat. Follow the technical data sheet for further application guidance on this floor paint.
