Crown Trade Matt Vinyl is a low VOC content matt finish. A wipeable product which is thinned with water and is applied by brush, roller, airless spray or HVLP Spray and is suitable for interior use. 
Touch dry in 1-2 hours and recoatable after 4 hours. Matt emulsion is a decorative coating providing a flat finish for use on walls and ceilings. 

Wipeable products are suitable for light traffic areas where occasional cleaning is required. 

Can be applied to coated plaster surfaces without thinning. On new plaster, thin the first coat with water to manufacturers recommendations.

FOR INTERIOR USE

Crown Trade's formulation provides a decorative and durable finish and has exceptional hiding power.


Preparation

Ensure all surfaces are sound, dry, clean and free from dirt, oil, grease or other contamination. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding. For further information contact our Customer Relations Team.


Application

Stir thoroughly. This product is recommended for use as supplied.

On new or highly porous surfaces: Thin 40% by volume with clean water for first or primary coat only.

By airless spray: Thin up to a maximum of 10% by volume with clean water. Use 0.013"-0.015" fluid tip and pump pressure of approximately 2250lb per square inch.

AVOID OVERTHINNING. 

Do not apply in temperatures below 8°C or in high humidity.


Spreading Capacity

Up to 17m² per titre. Spreading rate dependent upon surface texture and porosity.


Drying

Touch dry in 1-2 hours.

Recoatable after 4 hours.


Cleaning

Clean equipment with water immediately after use.


Transportation and Storage

Ensure this pack is stored upright and secure at all times.

Protect this pack from extreme hot and cold temperatures.
