Crown Trade Protective Coatings High Performance Gloss is a high VOC content gloss finish. A washable oil based product that is applied by brush. Suitable for exterior use. 
Touch dry in 4-6 hours and recoatable after 16-24 hours. Gloss is a tough, durable high sheen finish for wood and metal, providing good resistance to knocking and scuffing.

Can be applied over most previously painted surfaces without an undercoat. On new surfaces apply over the top of a suitable primer and undercoat.

Surface Preparation

Surfaces must be clean and free from anything that will interfere with the materials to be applied. Wash with hot water and liquid detergent solution to remove oil, grease or any other contaminants, frequently changing the water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow to dry.

Galvanised surfaces should be pre-treated with Crown Trade Protective Coatings T Wash.

Non-Ferrous Metals

Lightly abrade to a bright (not polished) surface – excluding galvanised surfaces. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all residues. Allow to dry.

Ferrous Metals

Remove all millscale and rust back to clean metal. Remove all residues. Prime all bare metalwork within the working day.

Application

Stir well before use. Apply by brush, roller or spray.

Clearing Up

Return surplus material to container. Clean with proprietary cleaner immediately after use.
