Dulux Trade Quick Dry Undercoat has excellent opacity and is thinned with water and applied by brush Quick Dry Undercoat is suitable for interior use. This product is touch recoatable after 4-5 hours. 

Dulux Trade Quick Dry Undercoat is a water-based trim solution compared to traditional solvent-based finishes. The finish has been produced with reduced carbon and energy, resulting in a low VOC content finish.  

To get the best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry. Thoroughly rub down previously painted surfaces.

Surface Preparation

To get the best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry). 


Application

Apply by brush, roller or spray. For best results use a good quality synthetic (nylon polyester) brush, designed for use with water-based paints.

Stir thoroughly before use. 

Apply 1 or 2 coats of Dulux Trade Quick Dry Undercoat, as required, followed by 1 or 2 coats of Dulux Trade Quick Dry Gloss. Where a strong colour change is involved, 2 coats will be required. Newly painted doors and windows should not be closed (tightly) until the paint is fully dry.


Cleaning Up

After use, remove as much paint as possible from equipment before cleaning with water. Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.
