Dulux Trade Satinwood is more durable and long-lasting satin finish compared to standard emulsions, which provides excellent protection from grease, stains, and scratches. This water-based product has been designed to be used in high-traffic areas, such as corridors, stairways and access areas. 


Quick-dry, low odour product which has an added benefit of non-yellowing due to the water-based technology. Dulux Diamond Satinwood is suitable for interior use and is recoatable after 4-8 hours.

Additional information

Tough & durable satin finish that provides excellent protection from scratches, stains and grease. The water-based formulation is designed to be used in high traffic areas, such as corridors, stairways and access areas, while having the added benefit of being quick drying with low odour. With professional aesthetics finish and a non-yellowing water-based technology, it has never been so easy to switch to water based paints.

Preparation

To get the results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry). Please see read the data sheet for further information.

Application

  • Apply by brush, roller or spray. For best results use a good quality synthetic (nylon polyester) brush or short pile synthetic/mohair roller designed for the application of water-based paints.
  • Stir thoroughly before use
  • Normal finishing process is 2 full coats. Where a strong colour change is involved, an undercoat may be required.
