Dulux Trade Alkali Resisting Primer is a high VOC content finish that is applied by brush and is suitable for interior use. This product is touch dry in 8-12 hours and recoatable after 16-24 hours.
To get the best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry) and free from all defective or poorly adhering material such as efflorescence, dirt, grease or wax. Where necessary, surfaces should be rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and then dusted off.

Surface Preparation
To get the best results with Dulux Trade Alkali Resisting Primer, make sure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry).
Application Method
- Brush only.
- For Health and Safety reasons related to all solvent-based paints, spray application is not recommended.
- Stir thoroughly before use.
- After suitable surface preparation, apply 1 coat of Dulux Trade Alkali Resisting Primer to bare or stained surfaces.
- Finish with an appropriate Dulux Trade paint system.
Cleaning Up
After use, remove as much paint as possible from brushes before cleaning with white spirit.
Do not use or store in extremes of temperature.
