Armstead Trade Satin is a high VOC content satin finish. An oil based washable product that can be applied by brush or roller. Suitable for interior use and touch dry in 4-6 hours and recoatable after 6-16 hours.
Satin is a tough, durable mid sheen finish for wood and metal. Can be applied over most previously painted surfaces without an undercoat. On new surfaces apply over the top of a suitable primer.

Surface Preparation
To get the best results with Armstead Trade Satin Finish, make sure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry).
Application
Brush or roller only. For Health and Safety reasons related to all solvent based paints, spray application is not recommended. Stir thoroughly before use. The normal finishing process is 2 full coats of Armstead Trade Satin Finish. However, where a strong colour change is required then a coat of an appropriate coloured Armstead Trade Undercoat may be necessary.
Touch dry: 4-6 hours.
Recoat: 16-24 hours.
Whilst leading-edge technology has been used in the development of this product, the nature of white solvent-based paints means that they will all discolour over time. The rate of discolouration is faster on areas with no or low natural or UV light. For longer-lasting whiteness, we recommend the use of a water-based formulation such as Armstead Trade Quick Dry Satin.
Cleaning Up
After use, remove as much paint as possible from equipment before cleaning with brush cleaner. Do not use or store in extremes of temperature. When this paint container is empty please ask your stockist about recycling.
