In detail

Armstead Trade Contract Matt is a low VOC content matt finish. A non-wipeable product which is thinned with water and is applied by brush, roller, airless spray or HVLP spray. Suitable for interior use and touch dry in 1-2 hours and recoatable after 2-4 hours. 

Provides a water permeable finish which allows the substrate to dry. Non-wipeable products are not suitable for wiping, washing or scrubbing. 

Can be applied to coated plaster surfaces without thinning. On new plaster, thin the first coat with water to manufacturers recommendations.

Additional information

Surface Preparation

Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from all defective or poorly adhering materials, dirt, grease and salts.

New plaster and masonry must be fully dry before priming.

Application

Apply by brush, roller, spray and airless spray.

As with other water-based paints, do not apply in temperatures below 8ºC.

Clearing Up

After use, remove as much paint as possible from equipment before cleaning with clean water.
