Paint Library Pure Flat Emulsion is a water-based, matt finish for interior plaster walls and ceilings.It has excellent coverage and dries to a wipeable, dead flat, chalky finish that is microporous, allowing the surface to breathe.It is quick drying, low-odour and is environmentally friendly with minimal VOC content.Application is by brush, roller or spray with coverage up to 14sq/m per litre.Touch dry in 2 hours and recoatable in 4 hours.
