Paint Library A.S.P. is a high opacity, low odour water based matt primer/undercoat suitable for painting on most interior and exterior surfaces with excellent adhesion to existing aged alkyd finishes.
It is ideal for priming woodwork, building plastics, tiles, glass, and metal surfaces.
It is a universal primer which can be used with both Paint & Paper Library water and oil-based finishes for both internal and external applications.
Application is by brush, roller or spray with coverage up to 14sq/m per litre. Touch dry in 1 hours and recoatable in 4 hours.
