Macpherson Mid Sheen is a low VOC content soft sheen finish. It is a washable product which is thinned with water and is suitable for interior use. It is touch dry in 2 hours and recoatable after 4 hours. Soft Sheen emulsion is a decorative coating providing a low sheen finish for use on walls and ceilings.Washable products are ideal for medium traffic areas such as lounges and bedrooms.It can be applied to coated plaster surfaces without thinning. On new plaster, it is ideal to use a thinned first coat of matt emulsion or contract emulsion as a priming coat, prior to finishing with soft sheen emulsion.

Additional Information
An attractive, washable Mid Sheen finish for interior walls and ceilings.
Preparation and Application
- Ensure all surfaces are sound, dry, clean and free from dirt, oil, grease or other contamination.
- Remove any loose or failing material.
- Avoid inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Please check for colour accuracy prior to application. Crown Paints is not liable for decorating costs caused as a result of an incorrect colour being applied. Always intermix packs for colour consistency.
- Supplied for use by brush, roller & conventional or airless spray.
- Should thinning be necessary the following guidelines should be followed:
- New plaster or porous surfaces - For first or primer coat only, thin 40% by volume with clean water.
- Do not dilute for non porous surfaces.
- By airless spray - Thin up to a maximum of 10% by volume with clean water. Use 0.013"- 0.015" fluid tip and pump pressure of approximately 2250Ib per square inch.
- Do not use if temperatures are likely to fall below 8°C during the application and drying periods.
- Approximately 14m2 per litre depending upon surface texture and porosity.
- Touch dry in 1-2 hours, recoatable after 4 hours under normal drying conditions.
- Clean equipment with water immediately after use.
