Macpherson Contract Matt is a low VOC content matt finish. It is a product which is thinned with water and is suitable for interior use. It is touch dry in 2 hours and recoatable after 4 hours. Matt emulsion is a decorative coating providing a flat finish for use on walls and ceilings. It can be applied to coated plaster surfaces without thinning. On new plaster, thin the first coat with water to manufacturers recommendations.

    A high obliterating matt emulsion finish. Specially formulated for new interior surfaces. Macpherson Contract Matt is very permeable and ideal for contract use. Suitable for the decoration of interior walls and ceilings.

    Preparation and Application

    • Ensure all surfaces are dry, clean and free from dirt, oil, grease or other contamination.
    • Avoid Inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
    • Please check for colour accuracy prior to application. Crown Paints is not liable for decorating costs caused as a result of an incorrect colour being applied. Always intermix packs for colour consistency.
    • Supplied ready for use by brush, roller or airless spray.
    • First coat must be thinned by 40% clean water for use on very absorbent surfaces or new plaster.
    • Do not use if temperatures are likely to fall below 8°C during the application and drying periods.
