    Macpherson Wood Primer is suitable for use on all non-resinous interior and exterior softwood surfaces. It has good penetration and seals the surface of the wood.

    Preparation and Application
    • Surfaces must be clean, dry and clean from grease or dust.
    • Treat all knots with a suitable knotting solution.
    • Avoid the inhalation of dust and wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
    • Stir well before use.
    • Apply by brush, roller or spray (application by brush is recommended for better penetration of timber surfaces).
    • Do not use if temperatures are likely to fall below 8°C during application and drying periods.
    • One litre covers up to 15m² per litre depending on surface texture, porosity and application method.
    • Surface dry in 4 hours, recoatable after 16 hours.
    • Clean equipment immediately after use with a proprietary cleaner.
