Crown Trade Timonox Bonding Primer is a low VOC content finish. A product which is thinned with water and is applied by brush. 

Suitable for interior use and is touch dry in 2 hours and recoatable after 15 hours.

Do not apply when air or substrate temperatures are
likely to fall below 8ºC, or when relative humidity is above 80% during
application or the drying period.

Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be sound, clean, suitably dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied.

Previously Decorated Soiled Surfaces

All surfaces must be sound, clean, suitably dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied e.g. dirt, grease etc.

Remove all loose, suspect or failing paint. Feather edges of sound paint. Remove all dust.

Organic growth must be removed and the areas treated with Crown Trade Fungicidal Solution.

Wash smoke, nicotine and graffiti soiled areas (excluding water stained areas) with hot water and liquid detergent solution to remove contaminants, frequently changing the water. Rinse with clean water to remove all residues. Allow to dry.

Previously Decorated Surfaces

On extremely chalky, powdery or unstable surfaces Crown Trade Stabilising Solution should be used.

Application

Stir well before use. Apply using clean brushes, rollers, or airless spray (thinning may be required).

On undecorated, porous wall and ceiling surfaces the first coat can be thinned with up to 10% clean water.

One coat is normally sufficient, however, over severely stained or suspect surfaces a trial test area is recommended before proceeding.

Clearing Up

Return surplus material to container. Wash with clean water immediately after use.
