Thermoguard Wallguard SFR is a smoke and flame retardant fire protection paint system that upgrades multi-layered painted walls and ceilings to BS EN Class B s1 dO. Tested at a UKAS Fire Test Laboratory, the system is certified to EN 13501 on
multilayer painted, high-risk Class 4 surfaces. The high-quality, matt finish is durable, wash and moderately scrub resistant, water-based and low in VOC content.
Use Thermoguard's Wallcoat Basecoat, which expands to create an insulating barrier, whilst the smoke and flame retardant Wallguard SFR emits safe fire damping vapours to control flame spread and suppress smoke, together upgrading potentially dangerous ‘multi-layer’ previously painted walls & ceilings.
Thermoguard will also issue a fire certificate upon request for correctly specified projects for client records, insurance, fire and building authority.
