PROPERTIES:
ISOMAT FLEXCOAT is a premium, elastic, matt waterproofing paint based on acrylic resins. Offers absolute water impermeability thus protecting walls against rain. Shows high elasticity and crack-bridging ability, making it ideal for surfaces prone to hairline cracks. Being vapor-permeable, it allows building breathability while preventing the penetration of harmful agents, such as CO,. Features total surface coverage and opacity, as well as excellent bonding and outstanding resistance to weather conditions and washing. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications on new or old surfaces such as exposed concrete, render, brickwork, asbestos cement, gypsum boards, etc. Applicable over bituminous layers, bituminous membranes and polyurethane layers for protection against sunlight. Suitable for interior spaces where frequent cleaning and high resistance are required, such as kitchens, bathrooms, garages, hospitals, industrial areas, etc. Certified cool paint.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- The substrate should be clean, dry and free of dust, loose materials, grease or oils, etc.
- Priming should follow, using the special acrylic primer FLEX-PRIMER.
- Thereafter, ISOMAT FLEXCOAT is applied in two layers, either as it is or thinned with water up to 5%.
- The second layer follows after the first one has dried.
AFTER USE:
Remove as much paint as possible from the tools used before cleaning. Clean tools thoroughly with water and detergent immediately after use.
