KEIM Soldalit-ME is a sol-silicate based paint that is a multi-finish for exterior use, offering extra weather protection. The sol-silicate paint system is based on a combination of KEIM potassium silicate and silica sol binding agents that forms a chemical bond to mineral substrates and a mechanical bond to existing paint coatings. Perfect for previously painted and mineral substrates. The finish combines the benefits of a classic mineral paint and is really easy to apply. Soldalit is also lightfast and UV resistant, with enhanced condensation resistance making the finish extremely durable and resistant to weathering. 

The finish helps to degrade nitrogen oxide pollutants from the atmosphere which is perfect for coastal locations, withstanding harsh weather conditions. The photocatalytic mineral paint finish uses light energy to neutralise pollution by the addition of the catalyst, titanium dioxide. The reaction breaks down organic material and contaminants, keeping surfaces cleaner.
