Waterdilutable Adhesion Primer
The waterdilutable adhesion primer SUPER ADHESIVE 3333 is specially designed for use on very smooth surface a.o. glass, ceramic tiles, fiber-glass and power floated glazed concrete. It can be recoated with almost all kinds of topcoat and is lead and chromate free.
Surface Preparation
Remove grease, oil and other surface contamination by alkaline cleaning or (high pressure) steam cleaning. New concrete should be allowed to dry and cure prior to coating. After cleaning the surface may still be slightly damp when the coating is applied.
Mixing and thinning
Mix activator into homogeneous base material. Thinning with water Brush or roller: up to 10 vol.%
Air-atomized spray: 10-20 vol.%
Application
The best results are obtained when using a roller. Recommended dry film-thickness; 15µm. Potlife 2 hours. Practical coverage approx. 41m² at 15µm dry. Application temperature between 10-35°C and rel. humidity below 85%.
Drying times
(at 20°C and 50% rel. humidity) to touch: 6 hours. to handle: 8 hours.
to recoat: 16 hours. full hardness: 8 days
Clean up
Immediately after use with water and soap.
