Albany Advanced is a Durable Wood Stain that is ideal to use on interior and exterior surfaces. It can be applied to bare or previously stained wood, producing a highly durable, satin finish, offering superior UV protection. It will enhance the orginal wood colour with 50 colours to choose from, in a range of classic wood tones and bright colours. Perfect for use on windows, doors and conservatories. Albany Advanced can also provide maximum protection when used as part of the Albany Woodcare system. Both Albany Original and Advanced are high performance products, but when they are applied together as a system, they combine to give even greater protection due to their unique characteristics. Albany Original can be used as a base coat, creating a firm bond with bare wood. The matt finish then creates a strong key for an Albany Advanced top coat, creating a highly durable finish with deep penetration. The recommended system is 1 base coat of Albany Original with 2 coats of Albany Advanced.
