Additional Information
Surface Preparation
Ensure that the glass is perfectly clean and free from grease and is not cold, since any condensation or moisture will spoil the result.
Application
- Apply a cut stencil pattern with Polyvine Stencil Tack, or cover the glass with masking tape and cut out a design of your own, peeling away the cut out.
- Brush a light coat of Frosting Varnish evenly onto the glass and produce the texture using a small dry sponge roller.
- Carefully remove the stencil or masking tape before the varnish dries.
- When cleaning the glass, use warm soapy water - do NOT use solvent-based window cleaning agents.
- Can be tinted with Polyvine Colourisers.
Clean Up
Any equipment used can be cleaned using soap and water before the clear coat dries. Wipe any excess off surfaces with a damp cloth. Any dried deposits will need a paint stripper to remove them.
