Dow Corning 781 is a one component, ready-to-use silicone sealant, which offers fast cure and good weathering characteristics. 

The excellent adhesive properties of Dow Corning 781 make it suitable for use on aluminium, glass, formica and most other non porous surfaces. 

Fast cure - tack free in one hour. High modulus acetoxy cure type Listed by the UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) for use in contact with potable water once cured. 

Conforms to ISO 11600-F&G-20LM Excellent weather resistance.

Additional Information

781 Acetoxy Silicone is a medium/high modulus sealant gives good adhesion to glass and most other non-porous substrates, including aluminium, metals and painted surfaces. It cures quickly on exposure to air and forms a seal of permanetly easltic silicone rubber.

Application

  • Surfaces to be sealed should be clean and dry.
  • Tool within 5 minutes of applicaiton
  • Sealant application between +5°C to +40°C.
  • Store in dry conditions below 30°C.

Not a hazardous substance or mixture according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
