Geocel Painters Mate is the established brand leader in the decorator's filler market. This unrivaled formula offers many benefits and can be used both internally and externally.
Painters Mate is only water resistant once fully cured and therefore should not be applied externally in damp conditions or if rain is likely within 24 hours. Coverage is 10 linear metres for a 6mm diameter bead.

Highly flexible acrylic sealant, for use on doors, skirting, window frames, ceilings, boards, walls, plasterboard and architraves. Painters Mate Flexible Filler does not require any sanding and paintable in 1 hour, along with these benefits it is also resistant to cracking.

Painters Mate - How To Use:
Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from grease and deep gaps should be half filled with tissue paper prior to application. Simply remove nozzle and cut off the tip of the cartridge. Replace the nozzle and cut to the required width of seal. It should be applied using a standard sealant gun. Once applied, smooth the surface lightly with a damp cloth.

Application

  • Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from grease.

Limitations

Painters Mate is only water resistant once fully cured therefore do not apply externally in damp conditions or if rain is likely within 24 hours. Store in a cool dry place away from frost. It is always the user's responsibility to determine suitability of use.
