Chanctonbury Playschool Gets a Fence Make-Over

September 12th, 2019

A plain picket fence at Chanctonbury Playschool in Ashington, West Sussex has been transformed into a rainbow of colours thanks to a donation of paint from the New England Street branch in Brighton.

Adrian Joyes organised the donation for the local playschool which was in dire need of protection and colour!  Adrian, who recently retired, arranged for Sadolin Superdec which he was pleased to see arrive before his departure.

Store manager Steve West said:  “The school were really chuffed with the paint. Lots of parents were very happy and commented that it meant a lot to them.”

Adrian worked for many years for Brewers, including Store Manager at Redhill before joining the Brighton store a year ago.

Suzanne at the playschool said: “Thank you so much for the donation of these colours and for arranging the mixing! In the Autumn term, we have a colour of the week, when the children bring in something of that colour for show and tell.  We will now be able to point out the colours on our fence!”
