Brewers Cannock to the rescue!

October 17th, 2017

A team of volunteers from the Royal Bank of Scotland in Brindley Place, Birmingham have transformed a supported accommodation house run by Birmingham Mind. The rooms were in need of some serious TLC to improve the quality of living for the residents.

With a team already rallied up and ready to decorate all that was needed was some paint... cue Brewers Cannock to the rescue! The Cannock branch kindly donated painting supplies to decorate the accommodations living and utility room. The team of volunteers headed out for their RBS volunteer day, with paint brushes at the ready. The rooms are now looking refreshed thanks to the volunteers hard work.

Laura Phipps, RBS employee said, “I wanted to say a huge thank you to Brewers Cannock for donating the paint for RBS' volunteer day with Birmingham Mind. With the paint we managed to 'freshen' up the living room and a utility room in a Birmingham Mind supported housing property in Erdington”.
