Supporting the Incredible Work at the Abbey Road Centre

Brewers Bangor were pleased to provide some support to the Abbey Road Centre (aka Canolfan Abbey Road) who support better mental health for people in Bangor, North Wales and its neighbouring communities.

The centre offers a variety of activities for wellbeing and creativity that are proven to support us to manage better mental health. Counselling, complementary therapies, support for dependency and a variety of therapeutic approaches are available at Abbey Road, either directly, or via a GP.

A diverse range of support organisations have been using the centre for over 25 years and it provides a vital space to those who need it most. The centre hires rooms and rents offices to businesses as an income stream to maintain the centre and keep these incredible services accessible.

The centre needed a fresh coat of paint and since Brewers is just down the road it was the perfect destination! Phil at Bangor discounted all the supplies required to help keep the charity’s costs down.  This will really help the centre to grow their room hire business and add new themes, such as co-working spaces.

We hope the Abbey Road Centre enjoys their newly decorated space that can generate some all-important income!
