you know it’s National Walking Month? With the weather finally turning, now is
the perfect time to get outside with your loved ones, enjoy some fresh air, get
those steps in and feel better than ever.

Reilly, Channel Islands Lead for the Paint Pot (part of The Brewers Group) in
Jersey, has committed to do a walking club for the rest of the year on a Sunday
morning once a month to promote wellbeing with his colleagues. They completed
their first walk in April striding through the beautiful parishes of St Martin
and Grouville, which was a commendable distance of 6km.
Jimmy
says: ‘This is a great way to get to know your team and get a bit fitness in as
your health is your wealth!’
