Brewers Regional Manager, Dave Roy Wins Lifetime Achievement Award With Family Business United!

We are delighted to
announce our Regional Manager for the South, Dave Roy, has won the Lifetime
Achievement Award with Family Business United! Dave will be retiring this year,
so he was nominated to celebrate 39 years of service at Brewers Decorator
Centres.
Family Business

family business community and an invaluable source of insight into the industry.
Dave Roy’s Story:
Dave started with Brewers on the 22 September 1986 as a Commercial Trainee, working in Brewers Redhill.
During his earlier years with the company, Dave fell in love with sales as he could talk to a whole range of customers and people, providing them with top level service.

On the 1st July 2014 Dave was promoted to Regional Manager. During this time, Dave has taken great pride in working within the industry and the people who make it.
He has been an incredible leader, seeing his people succeed with one of his key values ensuring his colleagues flourish during their time at Brewers.

Dave truly reflects Brewers vision in playing our part in making the world a brighter place. He has worked with Brewers to sponsor the East Surrey YMCA Fun Run every year since it started 25 years ago.
He often sends his teams to the event to cheer on the runners and offer in person support, raising as much money as possible so the East Surrey YMCA can support children, young people and adults, helping them to belong, contribute and thrive.

Dave said: “I have loved every single day at Brewers as no two days are the same. It is a great place to work because of all the customers and colleagues who make it so.
Brewers have given me so many opportunities and challenges at every stage and I have loved every minute of it!
Working for Brewers as a family business has been incredible as they care so much about people.
The idea of family culture and experiencing it all as a team has created a wonderful working environment.”
