The Festival of Achievement at Cambridge Regional College

Area Development Manager for the East Region, Lauren Gordon has been supporting the tradespeople of tomorrow once again by awarding prizes at The Festival of Achievement, held by Cambridge Regional College in June. 

Lauren gave awards to two students in the Construction & Motor Vehicle category as part of a week-long event across various vocational curriculum areas:

1. Jack Francis (Diploma Level 1) received our Rising Star Award for outstanding improvement and development, to reflect his growth in confidence since the beginning of the year

2. Emily Dyer (Diploma Level 2) received the Star Student Award. 

Both winners were given a £30 voucher to spend with Brewers, a cool bag and a ‘Welcome to Brewers’ pack. Lauren also liaised with Axus Décor to produce personalised paint brushes and a travel mug for both winners.

Brewers Cambridge works closely with the college and provides a new starter tool bag at the beginning of every new college year as well as a range of wallcoverings and paints for the students to use.

Earlier this year, Lauren also awarded prizes to students at Lincoln College as part of their Industry Week event.
