Little Lady Locks Creates Pink Paradise Thanks To Brewers Stockport

When founder of Little
Lady Locks, Ashley Higgins, reached out to Brewers Stockport to ask for some
paint for her charity that supports children experiencing hair loss, Store Manager,
Mike, had his tinting machine at the ready!
The charity was founded in
2018 by Ashley, a hair professional specialising in hair loss and
passionate about providing solutions.
Whilst working with adult
hair loss clients, Ashley was continuously hearing often traumatic and troubled
childhood stories, caused by hair loss and the lack of affordable solutions available.
Store Manager, Mike Ablott said: “We were approached by a lovely lady called Ashley, who asked if we could help donate some paint for her charity premises, Little Lady Locks.
Ashley sent me a list of what was required and we agreed to donate what she needed.
We donated 70L of Albany paints – with 50L being pink paint!
I love to help small local charities and this one is amazing.
Ashley used to make wigs
for adults that needed them for medical reasons.
She started to get asked to make them for children and then more and more requests started to come in.
She said she always did them for free as it did not feel right charging for children when they were going through so much already.
Ashley set up the charity and now does hair replacements for under 18's all free of charge.”
